Lookbook pages

Each season as a set of numbered looks people can browse on a phone, with the pieces listed and a way to ask about them.

What a lookbook page does

A shoot that lives only on social media scrolls away in a week. A lookbook page keeps the season in one place. Each look gets a number, a few photos and a short list of the pieces in it, with sizes or colors where that helps. Customers can save it, send it to a friend and come in asking for look 7 by name.

Ask about a piece

Every look can carry a short form: which look, which piece, which size, and whether the person wants a call back or wants it held for a try-on. The request comes to your inbox or your shop phone by text, depending on how you work. It's a request, so nothing is charged and your staff decide what to hold and for how long.

  • Look numbers that match the tags or cards you use in the shop, if you use them
  • Piece lists written as plain text, so they show up in search
  • A request form on each look, with the look number filled in
  • Photos cropped for phones first, with a larger view on desktop
  • A season archive, so last spring's looks don't vanish when the new season goes up

Planning the shoot for the web

If you're planning a shoot, a little prep saves a lot of cropping. We send a list before the day: a full-length shot of each look, one or two details, a vertical frame for phones, and plain backgrounds where you can. Photos you already have work too; we'll pick the strongest and tell you where a reshoot would help.

For showrooms

Bridal, formalwear and home showrooms use lookbooks differently. People browse to shortlist, then book a visit. For those shops, each look links to the appointment request instead of a hold form, with the look already noted so your stylist can pull it before the visit.

Changing seasons

We set up a template so your team can start a new lookbook without us: upload photos, fill in the look number and pieces, publish. Or send the photos and piece list, and we'll build it for you.

Questions

Can customers buy from the lookbook?

We don't build checkout. If you already sell online through another system, each piece can link there. Otherwise the request form is the next step.

How many looks fit on one page?

As many as the season has. Past twenty or so we split the page by theme or by drop so it stays quick on a phone.
